Individualy means risks in Egypt - i became victim number 1200 in court

 I became resident .... means

you heve no idea when you enter, the country and facing a lot of problems you rarely see in Europe

i buy a flat i never enter .... 

the company start and restarted 3times  another company name,  leaving building with a lot of problems

the company i buy from go broke , 

in court.. there where only in Hurghada 1200 cases from abuse, 

the court did not help us, my flat was on the first foor no other where registrated in a building fromm 26 flats till last year 2022. no one lives there 

i buy in 2008, i sold it in 2016 for 11.000 

at the time i pay 35.000 euro ... the company did not pay the expences and the taxes . i could not get electric or water till they pay this taxes . this never happen the company go broke and apears with other name.

i fight with all i could  to live in the flat...... spend a lot of money but no results, my flat float in the air,, 

registration say only one flat have the papers ,, actualy my flat somewhere in the sky first floor no other flats, 

the middle man who take comision from another middle man,  papers show all ok till i find out

then i was finaly at company, riviera, took the famous lawyer, who did nothing at all

this is also Egypt

at court they even say it was all my faulth. so the notary and all seals means nothing in court

some flats in hurghada where sold 3 times then they need together sell the flat and split the amount between 3 owners,   i am not saying one fantasy,  be aware, anyhow to buy anything, 

my family say why you stay i egypt.
